You don’t need to sacrifice refinement to get a spacious three-row SUV. You can find the Mazda CX-90 for sale here at Parkway Family Mazda. This premium model is fantastic for everyone who wants a spacious interior, a great array of tech features, and upscale style inside and out. It’s offered with three different powertrains: Turbo, Turbo S, and Plug-In Hybrid. Today, we’re going to focus on the 2026 CX-90 Turbo and let you know how you can make this Mazda your own by choosing the trim that’s a perfect fit for your needs.

Why Choose the Turbo Powertrain?

The Turbo S and PHEV powertrains definitely have a lot to offer. Both get you some extra horsepower, and the hybrid also delivers fantastic fuel economy. But they come at a price. If you upgrade to either of these powertrains, you’ll be looking at a starting price over $50k for your CX-90. That’s well worth it for some drivers, but a bit high for others.

Luckily, you don’t need to upgrade to a more powerful engine in order to get fantastic performance behind the wheel of the CX-90. The Turbo powertrain is a 3.3L turbocharged I-6 engine paired with a mild hybrid system that helps you accelerate from a standstill in a flash. It produces 280 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, and you’ll really be able to feel it when you put the pedal to the metal.

At the same time, you’ll go far on every tank of gas thanks to an EPA-estimated rating of 28 MPG on the highway, which is impressive for an SUV of this size that comes standard with all-wheel drive. This powertrain really does deliver a fantastic balance between practicality for daily driving and thrilling performance for joyrides.

3.3 Turbo Select

The 2026 Mazda CX-90 3.3 Turbo Select may be the most affordable option in the lineup, but don’t think that means it isn’t well-appointed with plenty of great features. While some SUVs make you upgrade beyond the base trim just to get basic comforts like a power-adjustable driver seat or three-zone automatic climate control, Mazda provides these features as standard fare across all CX-90 trims (that driver seat is eight-way adjustable, including power lumbar support).

In addition to comfort, you also get plenty of great safety features so you can drive with confidence. On top of the usual lineup of driver-assist features, the CX-90 3.3 Turbo Select comes standard with more advanced features, such as Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. From the parking lot to the highway, you’ll be able to drive with confidence knowing you’re fully aware of your surroundings all the time.

Let’s not forget about performance! Of course, this trim has standard all-wheel drive and comes with that exciting turbo powertrain under the hood. It also has paddle shifters, so you can take more control over your ride. Change your settings to match your situation with Sport Mode and Off-Road Mode at your fingertips. Wherever you go, you can bet that getting there will truly be half the fun.

3.3 Turbo Preferred

Upgrade to 3.3 Turbo Preferred, and you’ll get a great variety of features on top of the well-rounded lineup of the 3.3 Turbo Select trim. We’ll cover some of the highlights here, but we won’t have time for every detail, so know that this is just a taste of what you can expect. This trim is perfect for drivers who enjoy the finer things in life.

Your front passenger will be able to join you in a power-adjustable seat, and both of you, plus those in the second row, can enjoy heated seats to keep you toasty on chilly mornings. Perhaps more importantly, you’ll have ventilated front seats to keep you cool during hot summer days. These seats are all trimmed with genuine leather instead of leatherette, and the driver seat has two-position memory so you can share your SUV with a partner or hand it over to a valet knowing that you can get your settings back just the way you like them at the push of a button.

On top of that, you can enjoy improved tech throughout the cabin. Up front, you will enjoy a large 12.3-inch center display, upgraded from the base 10.25-inch display on the 3.3 Turbo Select. You’ll also have a wireless device charger so you can power your phone without getting tangled up in pesky cables. To match, the infotainment system includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rather than the wired versions standard on the lower trim. Of course, there are still places to plug in traditional cables—in fact, there are even more. While the 3.3 Turbo Select has USB ports for the front two rows, the 3.3 Turbo Preferred has USB ports for the third row as well.

3.3 Turbo Premium Sport

In the top-tier trims, you get more functionality and more luxury. Again, we won’t be covering every single upgrade here. But we will let you know the kinds of features you can expect to find when you reach the top.

The cabin is full of improvements, starting with a 12.3-inch digital gauge display to match the large central touchscreen. In addition to the speedometer, tachometer, etc., you’ll also see the Traffic Sign Recognition feature, which keeps track of speed limits and other helpful signs for you.

On the central screen, you can make use of built-in navigation when you don’t have your phone on hand. Any music or other audio you play through the infotainment system will come out loud and clear through a Bose Centerpoint Surround Sound System with AudioPilot and 12 speakers.

The 3.3 Turbo Premium Sport features come standard with an extra driving mode specifically designed for towing. This mode increases the towing capacity from 3,500 lbs to 5,000 lbs, so you can easily bring a trailer along for the ride.

It also gives you the option to choose between an eight-passenger setup and a seven-passenger setup. While the former, of course, gives you room for more people, the latter upgrades the second row to captain’s chairs with a center walk-through. This gives everyone more room to relax and stretch out so they can enjoy the ride.

3.3 Turbo Premium Plus

At the very, very top, the 3.3 Turbo Premium Plus trim pulls out all the stops. As if the niceties onboard the 3.3 Turbo Premium Sport weren’t enough, this trim adds decadent Nappa leather-trimmed seats and an overall interior design that’s sure to impress any guests, from visiting family to business colleagues.

The tech also includes highly advanced features, like Front Cross Traffic Alert and a 360º View Monitor with See-Through View and Trailer Hitch View. With all of these assists, you’ll be able to avoid even the slightest scratches and keep your CX-90 looking every bit the premium SUV it is.
