The base engine under the hood of the Sport and Touring models is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder unit that develops 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque, connected to a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include 17-inch alloy wheels, daytime running lights, LED headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, rain-sensing wipers, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, manually adjustable cloth seats, push-button start, remote keyless entry, Mazda’s G-Vectoring Control, a rearview camera, an 8-inch color touchscreen, a six-speaker stereo system, two USB ports and Bluetooth.

Mazda6 Grand Touring

The Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve and Signature trims are motivated by a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 250 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque with premium gasoline (227 hp with regular), also teamed to the six-speed automatic gearbox with steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.

The Grand Touring comes with larger front ventilated brakes, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, adaptive headlights, leather upholstery, heated side mirrors, an auto-dimming interior mirror and driver-side mirror, a Bose premium sound system with 11 speakers, and SiriusXM satellite radio with a three-month trial subscription.

The top-of-the-line Signature trim comes with Nappa leather, gilded UltraSuede interior accents, authentic Japanese Sen wood, a 7-inch reconfigurable digital gauge display, LED ambient lights, a frameless rearview mirror, exclusive stitching on the leather-wrapped steering wheel, a black headliner, a 360º View Monitor with front and rear parking sensors, a navigation system, traffic sign recognition, and SiriusXM radio with a three-year Traffic and Travel Link subscription.
